I recently just installed tims rgb board\borti's igr deblur firmware. I was on svideo prior to using rgb. there is defiantly some improvement especially with the colors but meh I dunno if it was worth the effort. That in game reset from borti's firmware sure is handy though especially when using a flash cart.

only takes 10 mins for the rgb mod so no biggie, looks better with scart cable
 
Tims rgb board with a custom firmware, took me about 1-2 hours to install including flashing it myself. It wasn't hard but took awhile to get everything. In the end it was defiantly worth it though especially with the added ability to in game reset and deblur option.

ahh i see, i lucked out and had an older motherbard so i used the other rgb chip, like 3 wires to solder
 
Interesting, this isn't as big of a difference as I thought. Is this on CRT, I'm assuming?
