Hello, my tone slider became suddenly grippy (almost like something sticky) and I can only lower or raise it by pressing from above (forcefully).
It literally happened over night: the console was put on my desk, and the day after it, I woke up and turned it on to later discover the problem when I wanted to raise the volume to watch a video.
PS: I was alone in the house and the room was not dusty.
PPS: I followed the advised routine to clean it (toothbrush) but there doens't seem to be anything, the plastic itself was already clean and not sticky at all.
edit @proflayton123 Yes, sorry, I know very well how dumb it sounds. But I'm the first one to aknowledge when I'm at fault (like when I splattered my previous console with vinegar).
edit @tbb043 The little plastic bit you can find on the left side of the upper half of the Dual Screen. You make it slide in order to adjust the tone intensity.
Final edit: it disappeared on its own after a dozen days. Weird.
