Situation: Snickerstream was configured correctly with the correct IP address and other variables.
The n3DS is connected to a powerline adapter and launched NTRCFW 3.6 with BootNTR selector and my PC is connected to the same powerline adapter via ethernet. Also checked the powerline adapter and both devices are connected to it.
I tried switching to Wifi on my PC, restarting all devices and running Snickerstream as Administrator but nothing worked and I keep getting this message.
