ROM Hack (n3ds) Getting error has occurred at boot while trying to get otp

while trying to get otp through the browser,it froze so i turned it off for a while when I turned it back on it is getting an error at boot. I've tried getting into recovery but it just stays at a black screen.

I have found out my 3ds is still under warranty would they notice that i downgraded to 2.1 or would the warranty still be good?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
