All the softmii themes dont work can someone tell me were i can find some MyMenuuIFY themes or if someone could give me some working 4.0 themes for MyMenuIFY because i am not going through all the trouble to install softmii when i could just use MyMenuIFY.

well every time i tried to load a themes for softmii and MyMenuIFY themes it says "can't write to NAND" maybe someone could help?

1) Try using apps from your region/systemmenu version
2)Are you trying to install .app files with MyMenuify? I don't think that works. D:
3) What theme?

1) I have been using NTSC for my 4.0U wii.

2) The creators said it loads Softmii files to.

3) The black theme.

All the themes posted on softmii.org work. I've built a new themes download sections with full screenshots of all the themes done with Dolphin. The NTSC System Menu 4.0 Theme section now has 23 Themes in it all with screenshots. To download from the Themes section you need to register on the website and login, then the Themes button will show at the Top with all the other Main buttons. The 3.2 and PAL sections are not completed. 3.2 NTSC has download links but no screenshots, and there are only a couple PAL files right now.

One thing to remember, if you're going to install .app file themes, use the Softmii tweak toy, and be sure you have preloader or bootmii installed and working.

My Wii has Preloader and is 4.0U. Do i have to install the softmii package or could i just use the softmii tweak. If i do skip the softmii install process when i go to use softmii tweak will my wii brick? I just don't want to install softmii

you can just install the softmii tweak tool and run it from hbc that what i did. it wont brick as long as you install the correct theme version which in your case would be 4.0u NTSC

Yes, you can just use the 00000072.app files for 4.0 NTSC and the softmii tweak toy. No other requirements than preloader or bootmii for anti-brick protection. To use the Tweak tool just put it in a folder under Apps and launch from homebrew channel, there are also some .wad channels of the tool floating around so you can launch straight from system menu.

The 000000xx.app files go into sd:/softmii/

If anybody has links for themes that are not already in the 4.0 NTSC section please let me know so they can be added. Im currently missing the Umbrella theme that somebody made and I know there are a few other good themes out there that I dont have or haven't seen.

Also someone is currently converting all the 4.0 NTSC themes to PAL so I should be able to get the PAL themes posted in the next couple days.

No, you do not need to rename the .app####### files to .app

the tweak tool ignores all the text after the .app so by using the extra file extension charactors you can identify the themes easily.

I must be brain dead... Where are you getting these 000000xx.app files for for the various versions such as 0000000.72.app for the 4.0NTSC?
