My switch will not boot without RCM Jig and payload

I do have this problem for long time, I do remember that I did some updates (do not remember how) and then this problem appeared.

My questions:
1. Does this mean that my switch is bricked and I can use it only with RCM Jig and payload ?
2. If not how can i fix it ?

I do have NAND backup, but only prod.keys no title.keys.

Any feedback/ideas appreciated.

You probably have autorcm enabled

You have most likely enabled autorcm, just disable it.

my OFW is 12.1.0, do I need to upgrade it or can do software upgrade in CFW ?

Just use an emunand and update that, you can keep ofw on 12.1.0
