Hacking My Legit backup crashes

I used MaiDumpTool v233.2zEx to put my physical copy of Shiren 5 on my SD2Vita, but the game crashed on me twice during inventory management a few hours in.

Error Code C2-12828-1
Application NPXS19999

I read somewhere that this is a home screen error, which seems odd to me. After crashing, the game launches without needing to reboot.

Any idea of what may be causing this?
