So, my computer crashed twice today, both the same way, but not in the sam circumstance

the first time, i was browsing facebook, the second time, i was playing warcraft 3 (not highly demanding game)
First it lags a lot for about 2 second with a big buzzing sound then it freeze completly, i cant move the mouse at all and the image doesnt move anymore.
Anyone knows what it could be?
thanks

PS : here are my specs
Gaming Laptop :
ASUS
CPU : intel i7-7700 2.8GHz
RAM : 16GB
GPU : GTX 1050ti
HDD : 1TB
SSD : 128GB
Screen res : 1920x1080pixel

Use bluescreenview to see if your crash was actually a hidden blue screen error, and if it was, check to see what caused it.

Make sure your OS, programs, and drivers are up to date.

Other than that, there's no much we can do to help without more information.

i opened it, but nothing is shown in it :S

I'm surprised there were no BSOD messages.

Alright let's stress your PC out - http://www.pcworld.com/article/2028...upid-how-to-stress-test-your-pc-hardware.html

This will give you links to software that can do that. If you do nothing else try to stress out your CPU with Prime95 (also in that link)

We want to cause a crash or some kind of error to find out what is going on.
error 404 for prime95

On a laptop 85 is ok...you just need to worry if it gets into the 90-100.

What do you mean 6/8...what about the other 2?
they were stressing up but they were at another step of stressing

Why do you have your CPU underclocked? It could be the root cause of the freezes.

-edit-

Nvm the CPU isnt underclocked and since the issue has been solved I guess it isnt really the problem
