Hardware My 3ds camera gives no output

my 3ds camera when i try to use gaves me a pitch balck screen or my 3ds crashes when i try to use it. Can someone help me?

This sounds like a hardware issue. Your cameras might be busted.

i don't know because this guy https://gbatemp.net/threads/my-3ds-xl-camera-is-glitching.625109/ had my same problem and they fixied it by using Luma 3ds Config but i don't know how to access it and what to edit

Try the following:
Turn your 3DS OFF
Turn your 3DS ON while holding SELECT
If you see the Luma3DS Config menu, use it to make sure that game patching is OFF and that Arm9 exception handlers are ON.
If it boots to the HOME Menu, you don't have CFW and it is probably a hardware issue.

Yeah, this is def a hardware issue from what it looks like. I think we should probably wait until someone better than me in this scene comes to this thread before we do anything drastic.

New Nintendo 3ds XL.
I really Hope It isn't a hardware issue, let's Hope that Someone can help me
