mupen64 windows

So, i reset my pc and deleted all my emulators.
I know i had mupen64 with glide plugins in my emulator folder, but now that i search for google for mupen64 (2.5 for example) i get a bunch of files for the emulator, but not the emulator itself? No launcher anyway...

Anyone have an idea where i can find a mupen64 WITH the actual launcher?
I never thought it would be this difficult ;A;
