Hacking Multiple Save Types?

I remember reading a while back that the AK2 can "Auto Save Type Detection". But now, it won't read a game unless I add the ".nds.sav". Is there any way to make it just use .sav? I upgraded from my M3 Simply, but I don't want to have to rename 193 files. Any help is appreciated!
