I am looking for an emulator that can play either GB/GBC/GBA games with link support on the same screen I.E. have 2 roms running at the same time and allow link up multiplayer (:

It could probably be done for GB, not sure about GBC. It would be a lot more complicated than it sounds on the Wii.
As for ones that currently support that, none that I know of.

There is a retroarch core for GB/GBC named "tgbdual"

Unfortunately it doesnt work with the Wii (an endianness issue). I'm using it with a raspberry pi in the meantime and I hope it can be fixed for the Wii.
