Kuriimu toolset supports editing those files.
Switch toolbox too iirc.

Switch Toolbox can read them, but has trouble writing them, so yeah, Kuriimu is the way to go.

Is there a way to change fonts in Kuriimu? I mean, I can change it while translating, but it doesn't apply in-game

Because msbt doesn't contain info about font. What you see is just used for preview in Kuriimu.

If you want to change font, you must replace font you want in romfs.
