Hacking Moving ticket.db from one DS to another DS

Is it possible to move the ticket.db file from one 3DS to another DS? Yellows8 on irc said something regarding aes mac needing to be updated/changed and that doing so isn't possible as far as he knew.

I post on here hoping that someone has done something like this, or can confirm that this is impossible. Thank you!

but you could dump the tickets and reinstall them, it's not too difficult, you are able to do it with tools that already exist.
it would be fast too, and give the same result.
of course you will need hacks, and the tickets will not be legit. (even if they originally were)
