Hacking Most recent stable rxTools?

As the title implies, what's the most stable rxTools for N3ds? Tried searching, most (if not all) links are down.

Latest one I got (yesterday) is rxTools_2015-12-05_08.48-a08cfdd, seems to work fine here.

There's actually a new build posted in the RXtools thread.. I can't get it to boot emunand, but that's possibly my fault. >>

Seriously i can't wait for a 3.1 rxTools instead of making a stable relase why are they making so many nightlies..

Whenever I try to download the nightlies from the rxtools nightlies site, I always get error 429 LOL /sigh.
