Hacking more than 1 cfw?

I kinda messed up and updated my Cakes cfw to the last firmware.
I can't access the hbl on Cakes anymore, which means I can't install fbi on the Cakes cfw, so I can't install any CIA.
Is it possible to install another cfw on the system/downgrade the Cakes cfw?

No, I only updated my emunand, the sysnand is on 9.3 while the emunand is on 11.0 or something like that
