Is there an unused DVD in your drive?

Try un-installing and re-installing. Saying that it's queued usually means that it is...well, queued. Try it and see if it works.

I think so. On my disc drive it says Compact disc and DVD rom. Or if you mean a dvd burning prgram, yeah, i have 2. Nero Startsmart and ImgBurn which im going to reinstall .

So, you don't have a DVD burner then?

A DVD-ROM drive can read only. It cannot write.

I downt know what the brand and model name is. My dad had burned programs to dvds before so i know it can be recorded. I remember once he burned spirited away to a dvd once. But that has nothing to do with this. Img Burn says that my ISo is queued and i cant clcik the Write to disc thing, its black and white.

Edit: Heres a picture

Fair enough. I've looked up the model of your drive, it's a combo drive. It doesn't burn DVDs.

Do you have more than one optical drive?

I know that my disc drive has burnt movies to dvds before. If i dont have the right drive, how much is it for a better one and how hard is it to install?
