Hi I would like to change the icon and names of my homebrews that are in nsp (browser nx, retroarch, hb menu, tinfoil, ...)

Changing icons and title names can be done with sys-tweak, see this thread:

You could make your own forwarders using nro2nsp. This way you can change the name, icon, author and a few other things

To add onto the previous post, nro2nsp does not seem be working on the latest firmware version which is 12.0.1
