I'm looking for a program that can decode the 3DS format .moflex files into some other video format, but all of the programs I've seen so far rely on broken links and/or have bugs that don't allow them to work right. Is there a newer program I'm missing?

I CRACKED THE CODE. After finding a compiled version of Gericom's decoder code (that wasn't from an archive of a download of a Russian forum post) and messing with FFMPEG with its outputted result, I figured out that Mobius still works with modern FFMPEG versions! You just have to go into the config and make the -crf flag set to something higher than 0. I set it to 16 and it generated a perfect output! Now I can watch my E3 promo videos to my heart's content. I saw a few posts by @6Kyojin4 asking if this was possible along the way so here's some info!
