I have the same problems
I tried many combitations of files without luck.
Apparently the 1.03 update requires that you start the game with a nintendo account previously linked online.
I used Incognito in my console so i think i am pretty much fucked.
Banned consoles may be too with MK11 with updates from 1.03 and beyond.
With 1.02 it is playable though
