Hacking Missing Menu with R4I Woods kernal

hello,

Im new to the whole flash carts as I got mine today,

I have been having an issue where any time I unzip Wood_R4iGold_V1.62 to my Micro SD card and load it on my DSI I get a picture with the word "menu?"

I am trying to update my Gold R4I rts 3DS card so I can use it on my 3ds what has been updated to update 6.2.0-12u

I have searched all over the internet for a fix, and I have yet to find one.

If anyone would be so kind to help me I would greatly appreciate it,

Screenshot what the MicroSD's contents are when viewed from the PC?
And it's the software from the site printed on the cart, right?

On my card it says www.r4I-SDHC.com, But on the site they dont have the patch, or the Wood Kernel.

I have been following this guid.

wood doesnt work on your card thats why

the Guide you followed is for a R4ids.cn R4i Gold 3DS
your card is a R4i-SDHC.com R4i SDHC 3DS

And when I use a kernal from http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/downloade.asp, it doesnt give me an option to update the card. How would I be able to patch mine to work with 6.2.0-12u?
