I'm not sure how much of the story reflects the real thing, but it's distressing enough on its own. Not the most pleasant read I ever came across, for sure.

The most sickening partof the real-life case, for me, is that the torturers got off so lightly. They served shamefully short prison sentences (some of them; some were acquitted), and went on with their lives.

I know. I wish they could be judged....judged with punishment 3x as worse as what they do to people. Maybe they'll learn...

Unless they happen to be Masochists.

Curse the fact I read that article.

My mind, and heart are now in a million tiny fragments. I know there are people out there today who do this to children....I wish they'd all burn in hell...suffering every moment and step of the way down. It still doesn't seem to change the fact that I cannot seem to fully grasp why people would do this to children.
