In all seriousness, I feel Nintendo (of Japan to be specific) doesn't have the best grasp on the Internet or the many communities that have formed around it. I will probably be another generation or two before they have a respectable version of Miiverse.

I mentioned Smea's IronFall announcement and got a warning almost two weeks after I posted it. Just trying to help spread the word. I'm really not concerned about being banned on there. I'm also not sure how they justified taking down my comment, I read through the rules and it didn't really fall under any of that. Oh well, it's their service, they can run it however they see fit. Just means I won't use it much.

As strict as Miiverse is, if you try to confront a troll directly on there, you're going to get burned because they know what to do against anyone that tries to push them. Instead, do as they would do, but silently. There's only one of you against hundreds/thousands of them, and it only takes one of them to acknowledge your presence to drop you. You don't even have to say something bad to end up pushing them. Just something they don't want to hear.

Simply put, don't confront them directly.
