Found the offsets for the number of "Travelers Met" on Puzzle Swap. They're located at 44BEC-44BEE, and you can set it to the limit of 999999 ( again, the game reads HEX backwards, so write 0F 42 3F here).

Technically, you could even write 05 F5 E0 FF into the offsets 44BEC-44BEF and set the number to 99999999 , but when you receive another visit on your Puzzle Swap game, the counter will decrease to 999999.

I don't think so. I don't want to edit boss, I want my 3ds to generate new boss from modified models.
Dunno but I'll share a modified puzzle here.
hopefully someone can get it to work.
Has to be placed into. "romfs\graphics\model".
It'll look like this:
modeltest-png.43700
Did you end up figuring this out?

Did you end up figuring this out?
unfortunately not...
I can replace the model in romfs but nothing will changed ingame... it's because the models and images are all saved in BOSS Save in file "!!!$!!!!J!!+s("
unfortunately I can't just replace images and/or models in it. I guess this file has a Checksum + pointers for every file.
Probably someone could help me out with this.

Is it possible to delete muliple Mii without doing this manually? My Plaza is full (3000+) and I want to delete many Mii

Probably yes, by replacing the Miis you don't want with 00 bytes, but I've never tried, and unless you want everyone gone it's probably not so more convenient!

Hi there!
Here you can find some offsets of the meet.dat from StreetPass Mii Plaza. They work on EUR and USA consoles (dunno about JPN), not sure if all offsets. With this you can't unlock the region exclusive Puzzle Panels.

EDIT: I found another offsets and added screenshots: StreetPass Hits, Plaza Population, Accomplishments, some hats and costumes

EDIT 2: Added more screenshots and StreetPass Map offsets

EDIT 3: Fixed some mistyping and added some offsets.

EDIT 4: Found some StreetPass Battle / Warrior's Way offsets.
EDIT 5: Found the offsets of StreetPass Squad / Mii Force and added a screenshot.

Thanks to:
  • @artur3004 for telling some mistypes
  • @KaleoOmega for the "fantastic" rating offset and the Travelers Met offset
  • @el cut for the ticket offset

Found in the Save file.
One puzzle panel is 68 bytes long, and the pieces is always stored in the first 2, 3 or 5 bytes.

You will get one Puzzle Swap notification, if you modify these offsets.
43E70-43E72 - StreetPass Hits
999,999 (HEX: F4 23 F0) is the max. The game reads backwards the bytes, so if you want to set the maximum number of StreetPass Hits, you need to write F0 23 F4.

43E74 - Plaza Population
It is useless to modify this, because the game (in my opinion) counts the Mii characters too. :(

4555A-45562 - Accomplishments
If you set these bytes to FF, then you will have all the accomplishments except the ones you will get for ratings and etc.

45570-45577 - Hats/costumes
These offsets unlock all the paid hats and costumes. (eg.: Mario costume, Tanooki suit, etc.)

57FD8-58FA7 - StreetPass Map
253 different countries and all of them are 16 bytes long. They have a maximum 126 regions, even if it has no map. Most countries are ???. To complete all of them, just write FF from 57FD8 to 58FA7. Good luck with that. :)

5B4D6-5B4D7 - "Fantastic" Ratings

5B366-5B367 - Plaza tickets

5B5F8-5B5FA and 5B618-5B61A - StreetPass Battle / Warrior's Way
The first three bytes are the current forces in HEX and the second three bytes are somehow linked with this number. It is less than the first one with 5,242,822 (4F FF C6 HEX). The game reads it backwards.
It seems, the plaza reads the game data from the ExtData, so it won't have any effect, if we change these values. :(

44BEC-44BEE - Travelers Met
Found in the ExtData. It is recommended to modify one of the files and use it as *0.dat and *1.dat
The game reads all of these values backwards.

00028-0002A + 00034-00036 + 00040-00042 Allied Soldiers
These three values' sum gives the currently allied soldiers, however you need to change the 2nd offset (I think it doesn't matter which one will be changed.) to the desired amount of soldiers, and the other two offsets to 00, because the game will split it. You can set it to a higher value than the original maximum, but the game will revert it back, when you get soldiers. Maximum: 9,999,999 (HEX: 98 96 7F)

00B28-00B2A Battles Fought (Maximum: 99,999)
00B2C-00B2E Victories Won (Maximum: 99,999)
00B30-00B32 Monarchs From Afar Challenged
00B34-00B36 Monarchs From Afar Defeated
00B3C-00B3E Record Army Size
00B40-00B42 Constructed on (01/01/2000 = 00 00 00)
00B74-00B76 Visitors Welcomed
ExtData

Maximum Score: 999,999 (HEX: 0F 42 3F)
Number of stage: 01 --> 1-1 (1); 0A --> 4-1 (10); etc.
If you change one of the ranking scores without a Mii, it will set a headless, nameless red Mii.

00050 Unlock Arcade Mode (01 = Unlocked)

00060-0006B Titles
Set these to 0A to get all the titles. If you set higher values, then it will repeat some (or all) titles

0018C-0018E Enemies Defeated

00190-00192 Pods Kept Intact

00196 Missions Cleared
Max value: 0F

0019A Number of Unlocked Planets
Max value: 04
It seems, that the game changes to its proper value.
Eg.: You cleared the first four missions. In this case you unlocked two planets, so this value will be changed to 01.

All 15 stages' value are 1 byte length. To modify this properly you need to convert them to BIN. I will explain it with a value B9, where you didn't achieved the Casualty-Free Clear and you recovered the 1st, the 4th and the 5th Treasures.
The HEX value B9 is 10111001 in BIN. Let's split into two parts: 101 and 11001. The second bit of the first part decides the Casualty-Free Clear. If it is 1, then you achieved it, if it is 0, then you didn't achieve it. I don't know what are the first and the third bits, it is better to set them to 1. The second part of the byte decide whether you received the treasures or not. Just as always, the game reads it backwards, so 11001 --> 10011. If one of the bits is 1, then you recieved that treasure. As I said before, in this example, the 1st, the 4th and the 5th bits are 1, which means we got these treasures. So if you want get all the treasure, you have to set it to 11111 and write it backwards. In the end, we set the first part to 111 and the second part to 11111. To set these values, we just simply combine them: 111 and 11111 --> 11111111, and convert to HEX, and you got everything on that stage.

I noted here a second byte too. This byte determines whether the stage unlocked (playable) or not (unplayable). I don't know how it works, but I know, that if you set them to 00, then the stage is locked, and if you set it to 03, then the stage is unlocked. These values can determine number of the unlocked missions, however you can change both of them.

Thankfully this still works in 2025 and beyond but you can remove cheaters/illegitimate scores in Mii Force/Streetpass Squad and Warrior's Way/Streetpass Battle before deleting and blocking specific miis before streetpass interactions or if you have a favorite mii in your ranking but want to keep but don't wanna lose it, you can change that too.

I'm not sure if this works with Streetpass Zombies/Battleground Z or other MiI Plaza DLC games but you might wanna figure it out.

To change the monarch's rankings to whatever number you like from 2 billion or negative number here's how I did it as I set the ranking into a negative as seen in the screenshot! Let me know if something is incorrect!

You can set yourself 2,147,483,647 if your in 00100-00103 1st ranking score with a legit max army of 9,999,999 if you want without editing 00B3C-00B3E Record Army Size. Not sure if that works but figure it out on your own.

Hi, I got the 3ds very late and I have only puzzle swap and streetpass quest/Find mii mini-games. It's there a way to unlock the others games?

Will investigate it since I already found a cheater on NetPass.
See this picture.
This track can only finish in 21 sec even with a 19-0-0 parts.
This cheater cheated not only this track (Mountain Climber) but also Fairy-Tale Circuit.
IMG_3447.jpeg
[Edit]
Just investigated mgCar0.dat.
Editing bytes with a Hex editor by following the rules below works for deleting cheaters.

Your own score
00118-00150 Three bytes per track

1st Track
00490-00492 1st (00430-00497)
004F8-004FA 2nd (00498-004FF)
00560-00562 3rd (00500-00567)
005C8-005CA 4th (00568-005CF)
00630-00632 5th (005D0-00637)

2nd Track
00698-0069A 1st (00638-0069F)
00700-00702 2nd (006A0-00707)
00768-0076A 3rd (00708-0076F)
007D0-007D2 4th (00770-007D7)
00838-0083A 5th (007D8-0083F)

3rd Track
008A0-008A2 1st (00840-008A7)
…..
and so on.
Each ranking occupies 100 (68) bytes.

The non-score area of each rank contains the Mii name and some Mii informations, including Mii author (the author information can be viewed in Hex editor but unable to be viewed in the high score pages).

In this case, this cheater occupies 2nd Track 1st & 3rd Track 1st.
I should Zero-byte
(1) 00638-0069F then move them to 007D8
(2) 00840-008A7 then move them to 009E0

mgCar1.dat may be an auto-backup or a mgCar0.dat’s duplication.
I replace it with a modified mgCar0.dat’s copy, then restore both mgCar0.dat and mgCar1.dat.

After restoring them, 2nd & 3rd Track’s 2nd-5th become 1st-4th. Both 5th ones become blank.
IMG_3449.jpeg
Of course do a backup of original files before restoring modified mgCar0.dat and mgCar1.dat.

[Edit-2]

The car style is not stored at 00430~,
but stored at 02ED8~03F77.
Each stage occupies 224 (E0) bytes.

In this case, it’s 02FB8-03097 (2nd), 03098-03177 (3rd).

02FB8-02FBA Car ID
02FBB-03097 Car customization (if it’s not a customized car then most of this area (but not all) is zero-filled)

To be noticed that if the original 1st ranked character (the one before infected by the cheater) doesn’t have other track’s 1st ranking, you may unable to know its car style.

Thankfully this still works in 2025 and beyond but you can remove cheaters/illegitimate scores in Mii Force/Streetpass Squad and Warrior's Way/Streetpass Battle before deleting and blocking specific miis before streetpass interactions!

BACKUP YOUR mgBtl0.dat FILE INCASE YOU MESS UP!

See the Streetpass Mii Plaza Wiki Hacks Guide for the editor.

00100-00103 1st ranking score
00180-00183 2nd ranking score
00200-00203 3rd ranking score
00280-00283 4th ranking score
00300-00303 5th ranking score
00380-00383 6th ranking score
00400-00403 7th ranking score
00480-00483 8th ranking score
00500-00503 9th ranking score
00580-00583 10th ranking score
00600-00603 11th ranking score
00680-00683 12th ranking score
00700-00703 13th ranking score
00780-00783 14th ranking score
00800-00803 15th ranking score
00880-00883 16th ranking score
00900-00903 17th ranking score
00980-00983 18th ranking score
00A00-00A03 19th ranking score
00A80-00A83 20th ranking score

Not sure 00B00-00B003 is the mightiest monarch but no point of changing it!

That's all I got! Might wanna make part 2 because doing this can be fun! :)
As I'm making part 2 despite for those streetpass me via Netpass and notice my 2,147,483,647 army as I'm the king of the Warrior's Way, here are some screenshots when I battle someone with my 2 billion army as well as the final boss Fynalle's 9,999,999 which is cool but be aware if you decide to set your allied soldiers to the 32 bit integer limit of 2,147,483,647 and when you get troops, it will result a bug and give you negative troops and your army record size can go back to 9,999,999 if your army record size is 2,147,483,647. However if your allied soldiers is 10,000,000 to 2,000,000,000 it revert your army back to 9,999,999 when you receive troops but your army record size is won't be affected unless you set it to the integer limit for allied soldiers. If you want to keep your troops but don't want to revert back to 9,999,999 just press the start button to exit the game when you gather troops at your castle. Will edit the post when I show you a video.

I have another screenshot that you can customized the rankings too which is cool as I set other player's rankings to any number I like because I want to keep them!

Here's a video of how to keep your army if you have 10,000,000 or the limit 2,147,483,647 (I set it to 2,016,777,216 because if I set it to 2,147,483,647, it will break my game and revert my army record size back to 9,999,999 unless you make a backup for it):

Here's a video of my 2 billion vs Fynalle's 9,999,999 army:
