Microsoft announced on E3 that they were gonna change the Microsoft Points for local currency on the Xbox One release date. Now they're sending this messages via Xbox Live to all Xbox360 users.

I know 400 MS Points = $5, so that's 80 MS Points to one dollar.

I'm assuming that they convert from the dollar to whatever the local currency is, though it's possible each currency may have its own unique conversion to MS Points.

Well then, now they definitely can't continue to give out 20 MS Points as Birthday presents.
