Gaming MGS Peacewalker Help

I'm in "destroy the barricade" mission, but when I try to grab C$ I got "cannot select due material shortage" message.
My development team is at level 12. Starnge.

I try with cheats and without.
Here is my PAL save so maybe somebody can pass it for me.
Also, if anyone has PAL comple save please post it for me.

u dont have any c4... you probably wasted it all on a previous mission...

go to the thing that lists all your ammo on the r&d page, and look at C4. (i think you press triangle) in the upper right corner of the screen it should say the r&d level you need for them to make you new ammo after missions.

get your r&d level above that, do an optional mission, and you should get some C4.

R&D Team needs to be at level 13/14 IIRC.
Just grab every fucking enemy while they're sleeping or move some people from other teams like Kaz or Chico then do some missions (one will be enough) then send Kaz and Chico back where they came from.

My save is just right after the C4 mission, if you want it.

R&D has to be of sufficient level. Make sure you upgrade your Fulton Rcovery system before anything else so you can have a steady supply of soldiers.

I tried that. Don't work.
Do you have PAL save?

did you use cwcheat or something to get you more items? that may have screwed something up.

Thats probably what happened.
Any way, need a pal save
