Gaming Metroid Prime Trilogy Fix (wont start mp3)

I was able to play metroid prime trilogy perfectly since i had it but then i started updating my wii
after trying many combinations of stuff i found one that kinda works i hope its useful to you guys as well

ios 248 (i used 248 can be anything) d2x-v8-final base 56
ios 249 d2x-v10-beta53-alt base 56
usbloader gx rev 1229 booted using 249
metroid prime trilogy boot using 248
i havent changed any of the usbloader gx settings other then selecting nintendont and enabling memorycard emulation


If metroid prime 3 wont start its likely because you have a bad dump.

(the bad dump seems to be a ntsc so i recomend to download the pal version)

That's a good set up. You might want to try cIOS250 base 57 too. That would really make your set up perfect.

There is a very popular Metroid Prime Trilogy file (#1 on my favorite torrent website) that is a bad dump and doesn't allow MP3 to be booted. You need to get it from another source or use the standalone MP3 Wii game.

I've played the europeian version of MP Trilogy withou any problems...
MP1, MP2 and MP3 worked without any problem

Thanks! I'll be sure to get the European version instead. I haven't actually played the game yet, but I would hate to try and find out it couldn't load MP3.

I have a metroid prime trilogy Iso obtained from a torrent that works perfectly; it is a PAL file so that could be related.

+1 to using a european file.

also i know its kinda unrelated but metroid5.pak really annoys me
