Hacking Metroid prime federation force error

I downloaded metroid prime with it's update from ciangel and install it as cia on my new 3dsxl with armloader and latest version luma on 11.0 cfw . But when I start the game a black screen with message that error has occur and I have to restart the 3ds ... what is wrong ? does this game need to be cryptofixed even with me using armloader ?

Sometimes it can be region/language related and the console region you have. Try https://github.com/Possum/LumaLocaleSwitcher/releases and set the region to the CIA region

Its the same region as my 3ds . Both are USA
