Hacking MenuHax Manual / Offline Installation

So with Menu Hax 3.1 and currently the Page Offline I tried to manual download the payload and copied it to almost every folder but MenuHax is still not able to load the File.

Allways error 0x0000002

I called the FIle : menuhaxmanager_input_payload.bin

1. @Plailect gave a wrong direction on his guide that "Menuhax is necessary for 9.2.0 downgrade", but actually it ISN'T.

2. According to 1, you don't need Menuhax for 9.2.0 downgrade at all.

3. Menuhax in 9.2.0 downgrade is just an option for rebooting into HBL. For most people, they got into SysDowngrader smoothly and didn't need to reboot even once at all. You can still use any other method to reboot into HBL.

So don't bother with Menuhax installation unless you don't use it on 9.2.0 downgrade.

BTW, I've asked Plailect to either remove or edit the Menuhax part on his 9.2.0 downgrade, to avoid NOOBS STUCK on the unnecessary Menuhax installation when Menuhax's Server GETS DOWN, but he refused to do that.

Now the Menuhax server really got down and really made noobs stuck on it.

I'm interesting by offline installation too.
Does anybody know how to do with menuhax manager 3.1 ?

I am blocked for a week because of the malfunctioning servers... :/
