Emulation Homebrew melonDS for Switch — continuation part 2

Thank you very much for your work. MelonDS for switch is so barebones i couldn't really transition out of PC emu cores, i'm very hyped for the filtering and upscaling options you mentioned, as MelonDS natively overblown colors and simple bilinear filter just won't do lol, as great an emulator it is otherwise.

Might i suggest an LCD grid + nds color filter option? RA and Drastic if i'm not mistaken have these filters, not sure how simple it would be to port them but it would be a game changer for sure.

Thanks! I think next stable update will be for hardcore mode and buttons remapping. I made some progress for hardcore mode
I've been waiting for the button remapping. Please also add analog stick remapping support and allow screen mode selection to be remapped. Tnx.

Thanks. New version works on pokemon games. Old versions wasn't inside save and crushed.

Upscale filter is nice. Would be alternative some filters?
.I tried Emu4V,ta+++gpsp and has a lot of cool filters. I know, DS and gba emualtors are not same but I just want to ask.

Setup

For those coming from older versions of my port, using the /melonds directory located at the sd card root is still possible.

Since Release 5 the JIT recompiler isn't enabled by default, so make sure to enable (under Emulation Settings), since the interpreter is pretty slow.

Atmosphere title replacement to launch the hbmenu is the only supported method of running melonDS!
If you don't know what that means: press R while starting any game from the Switch's main menu to enter the hbmenu, don't use the album!

Hi guys! I've released a new version, mainly focused on the possibility of remapping keys, which you can find in the Input section in the settings. Other improvements have been made, such as notifications, although there is still more work to be done.

Here is the link, while I have listed all the new changes in the main thread.

Release 7.2

Unfortunately, I haven't solved all the reported issues, but I hope to fix them all in the future. Thanks to everyone who supports me, I am always grateful!

Hi, First thank you so much for this fork and improving on MelonDS, This is the only way i'm able to play Phantasy Star Zero on switch since it has jit compiler options, I'm wondering if theres any news on hardcore progress? I'm checking a few times a week and got a flip grip to grind out some games soon, Thanks again!

Yes, I should be able to integrate it with the next stable one
