Hacking Me and private headers...

Firstly I appologize for my noobness.
I have 3 3DS with 4.5.0, 9.2.0 and 9.5.0, Cubic Ninja, R4I Deluxe and a Sky3DS. Can I extract a private header using only these without need to purchase more stuff. If so, how? If not what is my best option?

Use either the 4.5.0 or the 9.2.0..
1. run the latest gateway launcher
2. insert cubic ninja
3. dump cubic ninja rom with gw launcher
4. insert 3ds sd into pc
5. copy rom to pc
6. get gateway rom patcher and open it
7. open your dumped cubic ninja rom in gw rom patcher
8. click export header to file
