Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games Character Modding

I would like to swap Mario(from Super Mario Bros.) and Sonic(from Sonic the Hedgehog)3D high poly animation models instead/over Keen(from Commander Keen) and Jazz(from Jazz Jackrabbit). But how to do that?

the problem with that is no one has actually found a way to rip the models and animations from the orginal 2008 game. Horsefolder was able to rip the ds models but I wish anims could've been ripped aswell I would love to mod these games tbh.
