ROM Hack Mario Maker 3DS 100% Save?

Hi guys. Now that Mario Maker 2 has been announced for the Switch, I have been wanting to play the original Mario Maker again on 3DS. Does anyone have a complete save with everything unlocked that works with the JKSV/JKSM 3DS App? Any help is GREATLY appreciated

What are the Medals for? I mainly want a save that has all of the Equipment/Building Items.

You get the medals for completing challenges on the pre installed levels. I may be able to get you a save in a little bit, but someone else could probably get it to you sooner
