ROM Hack Making Save Data from broken 3DS usable on new 2DSXL

So I had a 3DS XL that suffered water damage and is no longer usable, won't even turn on. Already sent it to Nintendo for repair and they couldn't fix it. However my SD card and all the data on it still works just fine. I have purchased a New Nintendo 2DSXL to replace it. Is there anyway (including homebrew, hacking, custom firmware etc.) that I can make the save data from my old 3DS usable on the new system? I have several thousand hours worth of save data that I can't access so I will literally take any solution that works.

You would need to do a system transfer to transfer everything over successfully as the data on the SD card is encrypted to the broken console. If you had previously backed up any save files, you could reinstall the games and inject those save files otherwise I'm afraid you've lost everything.
