I can tell you that the offset for the us version is just 1000. Like let's say infinite arrows was at 775314 address in ver 1.0 just add 1000 to it to make it 776314. Theres an offset for Europe as well but I dont know if it's the same.

That's what I said, maybe they were just doing a recreation of the Cerne Abbas giant but didn't finish it in time.
