So I have a switch at firmware with 2.3, I was able to get atmosphere 0.8.2 and 0.8.1 to run.
But when i try to run the homebrew launcher from the album, (i thought it was giving me a crash and shut down, but now I realized it is just giving me a black screen, but my system is still on)
I'm tryign to upgrade my switch to 6.2... but I can upgrade it without running homebrew launcher.. and i'm now stuck.
Does anyone have any solution for this!
I do have the latest homebrew laucher.nro in the root of my sd card.
or would my best solution be using my frds copy of pokken to update to 3.0.1?

Please help! thanks!

Hey, it seems that we're both having the same dilemma. I have the exact firmware and was able to run homebrew prior to the new OFW 6.2. I installed the new atmosphere files (while staying at OFW 2.3) and I'm getting the crash/shut down issue when running the "album" launcher. It's weird and so far I haven't been able to find a solution but I may consider hax4dayz advice. Any new updates on your side?

I came across a recent post that I wanted to share with those that have the issue of homebrew menu not loading when using Atmosphere 8.2 with hbmenu.nro (higher than version 2.0.0) using a Nintendo Switch on OFW 2.3.

1. Download hbmenu.nro version 2.0.0
2. Install 8.2 Atmosphere (Kosmos, Switchguide.xyz, etc)
3. Place files downloaded in step #2 to SD card
4. Replace hdmenu.nro located in root of SD card with the hbmenu.nro 2.0.0
5. Insert SD Card > RCM > Launch > CFW > Album > Boom Baby!
---------Following instructions if updating to 6.2----------
6. in homebrew menu choose choidujournx
7. update to 6.2
8. hit "Shut Down Now" at final screen
9. wait a few seconds and remove SD Card from switch
10. replace hdmenu.nro in root of SD card with new 3.0+ version
11. Insert SD Card > RCM > Launch > CFW > Album > Boom Boom Baby!
