Well, most of people here has a UHS-1 microSD. I've a 32GB and about 10-15 CIA games, and the splash screen on EmuNAND is as fast as SysNAND for me.
I ran A9LH on five 3DS as of now, 3 new and 2 old, booting time is more noticeable on old than new obviously, but splash screen lasts always at least a bit more on EmuNAND, and it's on purpose as there isn't any additional delay to boot the system. If you want to have a fixed time with the splash you can still add a delay and compile the sources.

Honestly, not for me. Splash is gone after about a half second on both SysNAND and EmuNAND. I don't know why it's so fast, but I'll not complain. I might build the sources with a delay one day, but I mainly use Cakes at the moment so I don't really need it.

strange, it works fine on mine O.o
I put it in the Reinand folder and rename it to splash.bin .. It shows like a scrambled image..

Tried some other splash.bin to make sure it wasn't a problem on my end and that worked fine. Maybe it's a bad upload? Can you test the attachment on this thread rather than the one on your PC?
