i tried rains ultra lite and psp grader and both told me that i dont have enough IPL

why am i getting that message?

ok, its a real sony then. have you used it in anything else before, so you know it works?

i used "PSP Pandora Deluxe v 3.1" to make my mms - guess i dont know what an IPL is, google would like to tell me that it is "Indian Premier League"
