I downloaded Mad World PAL to run on my NTSC console, if I run the game without forcing NTSC, the game starts up, but it's all black and white and vertically scrolling. Any of the other options do the same thing, except for when I'm forcing NTSC, then the screen just turns purple and the Wii stops making noises or anything. I've got all the IOSes and what not, and I've gotten Punch Out and a PAL version of Fire Emblem to both work, and I'm using the NeoGamma backup launcher. Any help at all would be awesome, I really wanna play this game.

You can try the Video mode patch options normal, more and all in NeoGamma R3, but the vertical scrolling indicates that the game is running in PAL576i, which you can patch to NTSC480i, but the result does not work.
