Hardware M92T36 pin 6 issue

I've got a switch where pin 6 of m92t36 reads 0.400 in diode mode, but when I attach the battery it drops to 0.050. Once I detach the battery it gradually climbs back up. I've had this issue before on a different switch where I tried replacing m92t36 and p13usb. Neither fixed it. Anyone know what causes this? I also get no signs of life from the switch.
