Hacking M3 Pro lite or Perfect lite

I was wondering if the only difference is the gba support?
Because i am on the point of buying either the M3 Pro Lite or the M3 Perfect lite.
I will only be using the M3 for NDS games because i allready have a GBA Flashkit for my GBA SP.
