I am updating arm9loaderhax and in the guide it tell me to enable "Use sysnand firm if booting with R". If i have updated sysnand would that affect anything?

Been using N3DS on Luma 11 for years without a single crash. Updated to Luma 13 for Pretendo support and I get constant "loader" exceptions and crash
