if i'm not mistaken this is the natural behavior when the vita calls the, "sign in live" screen? without user permission for a good number of games
just a theory that this is contributed to game crashes, this latent behavior. Like for games like "the lost child" or "darkest dungeon"
enabling*this plugin may fix this issue if that is the cause of non user specific crashes.
(the statement was made this can "magically" stop lost memory, guess only thing left to do is put in a few hours of gameplay...........right now, trolling with the "raspberry pi 4", had its retropie 4.6 release recently. still missing optimization for shaders/overlays/and its bluetooth, but its workable completely)
