If you haven't done it, yet, you should try typing the file name into Google to see if you can find the password along with the file.

http://www.rarpasswordcracker.com/ is my chosen program although I would not expect much unless you have a dictionary/wordlist or a guess at what the password might be.

In the future it might be worth setting up something like http://keepass.info/

tried it but you can only make it search for a 3 digit password
