There's a homebrew on switch called DBI, and it has a feature that lets you see what titles you have installed.
You can delete the base, update, dlc, and any layeredFS mod you have.
I'm mainly looking for that feature. Being able to see the title names and what layeredFS mods you have installed.
Plugins as well.
Just trying to clean up and organize my SD card.
Comparing title ids for multiple game mods installed will take a while.
After that though, I can organize them better (if I have multiple mods) with ModMoon.

EDIT: https://github.com/rashevskyv/dbi/blob/main/README_ENG.md#browse-installed-applications
here's what I mean specifically but for 3DS.

You're thinking of "FBI", right? https://github.com/Steveice10/FBI
