Hacking looking for a specific guide

I'm looking for a specific guide that is also available on youtube in video

I found the guide before in pdf i think but since i lost it and haven't been able to find it.

It seemed very good, clear, and complete on downgrading which is what i'll be doing next to my 3.3u firmware.

Thanks for the reply icpmattj but i went through all of the guides. Unless i messed something it doesn't appear to be there in clear sight.

any help finding it would be much appreciated
