Homebrew Looking for a M&L Paper jam ARcodes, cheat.pgl, etc. TUTORIAL

I've been searching all the internet and nothing. Someone has a cheat.pgl file or any way to add CHEAT codes to M&L Paper Jam (USA) digital. The only thing I've found is this: http://www.fort42.com/ar3ds/game1874/ but idk how to use it.
