Hacking Looking for a "Clean Slate Wii"-Guide

Hi there fellas.

I have been installing and uninstalling and changing and updating things on my softmodded Wii for almost four months now, and I am beginning to encounter problems and weird things. (Just now, Madworld stopped being shown in the disc channel)
I figured there must be a way to completely Re-Setup the console and looked for a guide, but couldn't find one.
Is there such a thing, somewhere? I would like to downgrade to 3.0 with a clean systemmenu, and then cleanly and directly set up a 3.2E preloader/SoftMii console, without any stuff that I don't need, and without any outdated versions of anything.
