Homebrew Looking for a channel creation program

So a while back I used a program to create a forwarder channel to launch my games through CFG Loader. For example, I have a splinter cell DA channel, and when you click the channel it auto boots cfg loader and launches the game from my HDD. I can't remember what program it was. Anyone know? Thanks

if it was older than this then you probably used 'crap 3.3b' - was by the same dev and did pretty much the same job
