Hacking Loading Isos from sd AND usb?

I am using Wiiflow. I got all games on SD. I use a tiny, empty, wbfs-formatted
usb-stick only because Wiiflow boots much faster with it.
All Wii-games run perfect from my SD.
Exept one: Kirbys return to dreamland.
This seems to be the only game which only works when it's on USB or HD.

Is it possible to start Isos using Wiiflow from SD and USB from the same coverflow?

It is possible as far as i know, i dont use wiiflow myself. But it works like that when using Cfg Usb Loader.
